From a learning perspective, I have nothing negative to mention. The courses seem well-structured and are adapted to the SAAQ's requirements. Where I'm deducting stars is regarding appointment availability. The available time slots online often lead to appointments a month or two away. My son booked all his Phase 2 appointments right from the start. The instructor made him cancel ALL his lessons because he felt they were too close together. This caused significant delays in the rest of the process, and my son now has to take his last lesson after the deadline. (The deadline is in June, and he's been trying to book his last lessons for two months with no availability...) I called the branch to express my disagreement about having to pay an extension fee for a single lesson after the deadline. I explained the whole situation to them. I was told that I should have called the branch when I saw there were no available appointments online, and that they could have found some time slots for me. Wow, it would have been nice to know that beforehand! I asked for a supervisor to call me back, and they said they would leave a message, but couldn't guarantee that someone would call me back because the supervisors in our area are very busy (too many complaints?).
