Along with safety concerns and this case will be followed up with a lawyer and escalated to the SAAQ and **Court** if needed. (UPDATE) I have complained to the SAAQ and head office of Quebec to which an investigation will be done, and I have spoken to a lawyer about all this and we will be filing for a lawsuit to which the school will receive info about that. Had a bad experience! The instructors I had were always late and cut corners on practice time, aside from which, they also tend to be less than adequately attentive. I learnt more from my father and I didn't have to pay him. The school was bad at time management, which means they tend to give an appointment and then forget about it. Motorcycle: I would chose this company over any other because of the teacher . Ryan is by far the most patient person I know . He knows exactly how to make someone as nervous as me a confidant biker. Over and above that he is an excellent teacher, he his really funny during the classes and he knows his stuff. He will work with you and give you tips to succeed- whatever it is you need to improve. Highly recommend . Also special note to Anne the receptionist who is very helpful and patient - she must have explained me the path to getting my licence twenty times and always did it with patience and professionalism . J’ai suivi mon cours l’été passé et pour dire vrai, je suis très chanceux d’être tombé sur un enseignant aussi exemplaire et sécuritaire! Il fais passer l’être humain avant la moto et est à l’écoute des forces et faiblesses de chaque personne! Jamais il n’enverrait quelqu’un se faire bouffer dans la jungle routière du Québec s’il n’était pas sur à 100% qu’il est prêt pour ça! Le taux de passage de ses élèves en circuit fermé l’an passé a été des plus spectaculaires! Je recomm...ande cette école mais surtout ce formateur en particulier car sans lui nous aurions des motocyclistes beaucoup moins conscient des dangers qui nous guettent à chaque coins de rue! Il a tendance à nous prendre en groupe à chaque fin de cours afin de nous rappeler qu’une conduite sécuritaire et responsable peut nous sauver la vie! You paid a cheaper price this is why: - The over turn is high there is never the same people working there after a few months - The only use paper trail, they will make you redo classes and in car sessions because they lost you file - The secretary staff is very rude - Save all your receipts or else you will get over charged - They don’t go through the material properly - They send emails to you about your classes but often they are incorrect and the emails are sent last minute which doesn’t do anything if you you don’t check your email - If you call to book an in car session good luck on getting a place because they only have one driving instructor and apparently he’s a diva and can’t work certain days or hours - Thier cars are cheap and not up kept the alignment is off, Once i almost got into an accident because none of the lights worked someone only told us after Read Less
