The teaching staff is great and patient with their students. However, their system to cancel a driving session is mediocre. You can't leave voice messages, you can't e-mail them. You need to cancel 48 hours in advance by telephone. The system is setup to fail. If you have a driving lesson on a Sunday, Monday or Tuesday, you have to make sure you cancel before Friday 3pm. They claim they are closed on the weekends but let me tell you, they will call you 10 mins after you missed it to make sure you pay the no show. Best you take Wednesday, Thursday and Friday for driving lessons if you don't want to get caught in their scheme. They could have done a better job at client welfare and accommodations.
