I give them zero stars but unfortunately the system would not allow that.
Do not use this school ; They closed our file and called us the same day to tell us they closed it. We tried to negotiate reopening the file as my daughter still had 6 hours to do but they wanted to charge us 130$. Our contract expired in April. They called us in January to remind us but we missed the call unfortunately. They never called back until the day of closure and they kept on accusing us of not answering back in January. Life happens , people miss stuff, sorry.
We asked them to give us the attestation with all the completed and paid courses so my daughter can complete her courses elsewhere but they wanted to charge us extra money for the attestation. This is theft.
They will not give us the attestation because we apparently own them money ! How can we ow money fir courses we did not take yet. We paid for all the courses we took.
The lady kept on hounding me about how we missed their call in January and started reading from the fine prints on the contract to justify why we owned money.
She would not get over the fact that we didn't return the call we missed....
This school is awful not to mention one of the instructor who was very mean to my daughter when she would make road mistakes.
DO NOT GO THERE !

My name is Maricor Wagner, a student driver,just wanna share with everybody my experience about my 2 in-car sessions with Sir Ronald Aubin,His professionalism is outstanding and im so greatful to get to learn driving with him.I have always been nervous driving with other people,scared to make mistakes but i always do as a begginer but his calmness and precise directions make me comfortable behind the wheel.Thumbs up to him and im looking forward to my next lesson already and learn more from him.Great job!!!!

I have signed up and PAID for my first phase of courses.
I have been waiting MONTHS for an administrative or technical 'issue' to be resolved regarding my registration, as I cannot register for anything.
A problem with my account regarding my email address has been ongoing and no employee seems to know how it can be resolved.
I've been told someone will contact me by phone, but this has NOT ever happened.
I work full time and do not have the space in a day to spend on the phone discussing this problem... which always includes me repeating my story.
I would like a full refund, but apparently this is also a problem?
GAH!

Update: contacted company as per the comment early this week and have heard nothing in response.
Very difficult to book any times for in car sessions. It took 3+ months to get a date to start in car but we were patient due to COVID and small business challenges.
We showed up for the first in-car session on Sunday and the instructor did not show up, turns out the school had double booked him for his own professional development. So we drove 45 minutes into the city and waited another 45 just to turn around and return home.
We were advised that more sessions would be released Tuesday and to check often. During the entire day only 3 times were released over the next 4 months. We will be seeking a refund and a school change. It would appear that this location is vastly under-staffed.

The teaching is good, but there is no availability of driving classes. I have talked to several people in other driving schools in the Gatineau area and they are having no issues with class availability. I am planning to get a refund for the remaining phases and switch schools. My son has been in phase two for 4 months and still only managed to be half way done despite several calls and constant checking of online availability.

The Instructors are great and so is the receptionist at the Greber location. However a couple times when I call to schedule my class the assistants were rude and impatient even though I stay polite. B...
The Instructors are great and so is the receptionist at the Greber location. However a couple times when I call to schedule my class the assistants were rude and impatient even though I stay polite. Booking courses are pretty much impossible. They are never any spots available and you get told to call back in a few days (that some classes will open up) only to be told that there are still no spots available when you call back (even a month or 2 from now). I was told to call back this morning to book a practice test next month and the lady on the phone told me there was no places available and hung up on me before I could ask my next question which was related to my exam and car rentals.

Currently only have one Theory teacher available and he enjoys giving false and even dangerous information to the student - causing the students to be VERY confused when they read the book or go do their written exams - Numerous students have complained to the Director of this school as well as the head office - their reply; We had a talk with the teacher, but since he's our only theory teacher we can't do anything more. We are VERY disappointed to say the least - This however, thankfully, does not reflect the outstanding service and teachings of other TECNIC schools.

I give them zero stars but unfortunately the system would not allow that.
Do not use this school ; They closed our file and called us the same day to tell us they closed it. We tried to negotiate reopening the file as my daughter still had 6 hours to do but they wanted to charge us 130$. Our contract expired in April. The teaching is good, but there is no availability of driving classes. I have talked to several people in other driving schools in the Gatineau area and they are having no issues with class availability. I am planning to get a refund for the remaining phases and switch schools. My son has been in phase two for 4 months and still only managed to be half way done despite several calls and constant checking of online availability.

The Instructors are great and so is the receptionist at the Greber location. However a couple times when I call to schedule my class the assistants were rude and impatient even though I stay polite. Booking courses are pretty much impossible.
