Amazing First Driving Lesson! Today was my first driving lesson and my first time on the main road after many years! (Until now, I had only practiced in parking lots and my neighborhood here.) It was nerve-racking, but my instructor, Mr. Yves Gauthier, was incredibly patient and professional. He pointed out key things I needed to focus on while also highlighting what I did well, which really boosted my confidence. His polite and encouraging approach made learning much easier. Not only was my instructor great, but all my theory instructors have been extremely helpful, and the office staff have always answered my questions with enthusiasm. Currently only have one Theory teacher available and he enjoys giving false and even dangerous information to the student - causing the students to be VERY confused when they read the book or go do their written exams - Numerous students have complained to the Director of this school as well as the head office - their reply; We had a talk with the teacher, but since he's our only theory teacher we can't do anything more. We are VERY disappointed to say the least - This however, thankfully, does not reflect the outstanding service and teachings of other TECNIC schools. Read Less
