I enjoyed my experience at Tecnic in general. The secretaries are very kind, helpful, and take the time to explain things thoroughly when we have questions. It's always a pleasure to see or talk to them! My driving instructor, France, was a real gem. She gave me great advice and boosted my confidence. She's a passionate instructor, and it's a real pleasure to learn to drive with her. The only thing I found very disappointing and a bit unreasonable was the difficulty in canceling a lesson without penalty, even with a doctor's note for an urgent situation preventing me from driving. Since many young people already work hard to pay for their lessons, adding fees despite medical proof can be really hard to understand. I think a little more understanding in this kind of situation would be greatly appreciated. Read Less

Incredible! I took my motorcycle course with them and I really have no complaints. The closed-circuit exercises were well-designed and clearly explained, so much so that when I took my exam at the SAAQ (Quebec's automobile insurance corporation), I passed my test with flying colors! I want to say a huge thank you to Sylvie at reception, who was a great help in scheduling my lessons, to Frank, Alex, Kevin, and Adam in Granby for sharing their passion and helping me improve, and also to Sylvain and Patrick with whom I did my first road rides in Saint-Hyacinthe.
