I am not satisfied with this driving school. It has been almost one year, and my son still has not completed his 15 hours of driving practice and online courses. He got his learner's permit, but during the third driving session, the instructor told him, "You are a beginner, and we cannot take you on the road because you do not have enough confidence. You should practice with your parents first and then come back to continue." As a result, I had to take him to an empty parking lot after 8:00 p.m. to practice with him myself. Eventually, he learned how to drive on streets and highways with my help, not with Sinq Stars. In addition, getting an appointment is a very challenging process. I am considering changing driving schools because beginner drivers really need to practice in a training car equipped with an extra brake and steering controls for safety. I found this approach disappointing and unsafe. Unfortunately, it often felt like making money was more important than helping students complete their training and gain confidence safely. Could you please show me where SAAQ states that a driving school can require a student to practice with their parents after the third practice session before continuing lessons? if you can choose your instructor, always go with Danielle! she’s kind and talkative -which personally made me more comfortable- but she’s also stern and know what she’s doing. also, jenna on the phone is a sweetheart! Read Less
