*A story about that one time I went to Tecnic Galleries Laval to get my file transferred+reactivated and pay for the next modules but got gaslighted and bullied by front desk staff* Absolutely useless and incompetent front desk staff. Unable to find my profile while two other driving schools in Langelier and Downtown, with the same exact database (as confirmed by said staff), were able to find it with no issue. Spent over 1.5h there with no result. When you call them out on their incompetence pointing out that instead of asking a client to repeat their information for 103736th time after being there for over 1.5h, you could have written it down, they get offended and say they will have security escort you out. The staff then proceeds to make fun of you and wish you a good life (?!), as though they expect the client not to come back for driving classes. Proceeded to then discuss TikTok videos 🤦🏼‍♀️ Extremely full of themselves, unprofessional,condescending, unhelpful (you tell them something, they answer something different), immature front desk staff. Have not dealt with a situation like this in Langelier nor the previous Concordia locations. I wonder how the franchise owner would feel if he/she were the client in my place and had to face those employees - would probably wonder why they’re even getting paid. Read Less
