Absolutely shocked by the services provided by such a reputed organization.
2 of my kids we scheduled to attend an online driving course but due to technical problems they were late, they were denied...
Absolutely shocked by the services provided by such a reputed organization.
2 of my kids we scheduled to attend an online driving course but due to technical problems they were late, they were denied access.
We sent an email and were told to call on Monday since it was a Friday.
When we called they blatantly hung-up after hearing the request..
And we are now told they had technical issues....odd how its acceptable for them to have technical issues and not the clients...
Poor customer service...would never recommend this place to anyone...
Can barely find appointments for driving classes... what a waste

Administration was not great, and their scheduling isn’t great either, I kept getting rescheduled. On the plus side, I had the pleasure of having Omar Mersel as an instructor, he’s very helpful and makes the rides more enjoyable and less stressful

Rude secretary, poor communication, barely any availabilities. If not for the fact they're close by, I'd never go here for classes. You'd better call before every class to make sure they're not cancel...

You'd better call before every class to make sure they're not cancelled, otherwise you might just waste your time going there. Just happened to me and they claimed they sent an email. No email was ever sent, I check my emails many times a day.
