I would have given 5 stars to instructor François (who restored my son's confidence) and to the owner Valérie for her attentiveness and professionalism, but unfortunately the school is losing its appeal with instructor Jean Charles, who subtly swears at students to avoid being caught on camera, and makes his displeasure known when they encounter difficulties, even though he's paid to teach young people how to drive... My three children took their courses and never had any problems because we respected the schedule provided with the dates for the theory classes. No messing around to get availability for the practical sessions; there was plenty of availability. The new owner has made big changes, from the cars to the classroom courses. Finally, a place that listens to young people and is committed to teaching safe driving. We were promised licenses within 12 months, and they respected the deadlines; my youngest might even finish his courses three weeks before the 12 months are up. If you want to waste your time and money, this is the best school. You learn absolutely nothing during classes, the place reeks of weed, there's zero professionalism, it's 100% nonsense about showing us things unrelated to the course, and it's obvious they don't care. Classes always end at least 30 minutes early, whether they're theory or practical. We barely drive 10 minutes in the city for each practical session, while the SAAQ exam takes 20-30 minutes in the city. Basically, they send us to the exam like they throw garbage in the bin; as long as they get their money, they're happy. I switched schools, and I can tell you that even if the Louiseville school is the closest to you, it's worth the trip to Trois-Rivières for decent instruction. Avoid this place. Read Less
