To ensure good customer service, any business should know how to respond to its customers and be able to provide the same level of service to each of them. *** Poor customer service: both the Marieville office and the "head office" that handles complaints. Having to call EVERY DAY to see if there are any available lesson slots, paying extra fees at their convenience, clients who started their lessons AFTER my daughter, who finishes several months BEFORE her. It took her two years to get her license! My son will be able to start his lessons soon. First thing: it's more than certain we'll go elsewhere.
