Great driving school in general. Only reason i’m giving 4/5 is because there’s a teacher that’s really rude & disrespectful. Be careful of Richard Puccetti. All other teachers are great teachers.

I'm giving it three stars, one for Mario Cote and one for Ludovic Hssaine, who were my teachers, and one for the facilities and trucks... When I register for the class 1 practical course, I asked if they have courses in English, they told me "yes" (I speak French, but honestly I prefer English for these technical things). The day of my first class arrived, and the instructor did not even know how to say "hello". Her English was terrible, so I could say that my first session was null, 4 hours wasted. So I called the next day to make a complaint, and for the next 3 sessions they assigned me a teacher who spoke English moderately. So, in my 4 pre-exam sessions I had two professors who didn't explain me well, especially "Circle Check"... they give you a guide and if you learn the guide by heart like a lyrics song and do it as it is, for them, it is ok, but they don't explain more than that. (I recommend you to study at home, watch YouTube videos, and read the book) We are paying for an expensive course and even so they don't bother to explain why each element of the truck have to be checked. If you say the words of the guide, that's fine, period. Here I realized that they can be very good at driving a truck because they are ex-drivers, but they are not good teachers. (At least the ones assigned to me) Also, they sell you the practical course saying that you will have 20 hours of driving before your test, but it is not like that, in my case it was 16 hours, and they take into account the day of the SAAQ as if it were a block of 4 driving hours class. And last but not least, I was always told that I would use the same truck from my first class until the exam, so you get used to it, so there are no surprises. Well, the day of my test they changed my truck and assigned me one that I had never (in the previous 16 hours of driving) driven before. The result??? I passed my driving test and had to repeat the circle check. This implied making another expense and paying them again to rent the truck, which, as you can imagine, it is not cheap. I also would like to say that they are good people, always smiling and in a good mood. The facilities are excellent, and the trucks are in very good condition. Read Less
