Terrible customer service. No explanation given. We requested a car rental for the SAAQ exam, and they simply gave us her vacation dates, which weren't even during the exam. They didn't even bother to ask for the dates or check availability. In the end, they just said "unfortunately not" without any explanation, even though the exam was scheduled outside of their vacation time.

I took the time to gather information and make the payment, and apparently there's a deadline. I didn't wait long to make it, and they refused my payment. The person didn't give me a payment deadline.

No one there claims to charge exorbitant fees when they never send the course dates. They're supposed to call when that happens. I started my course in Lévis, and this happened to me. They called me, ...
No one there claims to charge exorbitant fees when they never send the course dates. They're supposed to call when that happens. I started my course in Lévis, and this happened to me. They called me, and I was able to attend my second lesson and pay a late fee. Personally, I find them incompetent. I recommend this driving school 0. Go to a school in the city for more competence and service.

No one there claims to charge exorbitant fees when they never send the course dates. They're supposed to call when that happens. I started my course in Lévis, and this happened to me.
