The instructors lack patience and professionalism. I’ve gotten screamed at for normal mistakes beginners make. Their short temper and childish attitude makes it really hard for the students to thrive and actually learn how to drive. I don’t recommend this school, bad service, horrible instructors and it’s overall just a miserable experience for everyone.
Also, I don’t understand how I’m paying for an hour long driving class and im only doing at best 40 minutes of driving. Change the staff

I took only 5 modules of theory in this school with Raza, i switched schools afterwards but so far the poor theory is aparently a Montreal problem in general, because teachers are giving lessons strictly by book and book is useless) i learned NOTHING, every module is just yapping, random videos in french for english speaking groups and teacher doesn't even care, the management is meh, even if receptionist girls are very friendly and nice, no one cared that i stopped paying, also they give you additional fees if you will miss class and you will need to pay extra for your g1 and i guess g2 and car rental :) I am just ... disappointed? I wanted to know rules and signs and listen to differences because i came from Ukraine and we have different rules, no points system there and so far i need to learn by myself and if i need to learn by myself and drive 50 hours with parents why are we paying for schools?

I do not recommend this driving school. The on-road lessons were ineffective and unprofessional. Although I paid for one-hour sessions, they often ended after only 45 minutes. Instructors were distracted and did not provide proper guidance. Because of the poor training, I had to take additional courses at another driving school in order to successfully obtain my license (Tecnic, much more serious). Save your time and money by choosing a more reliable school.

My experience here was really mixed at the beginning, but then I realized that some instructors are better than others and in the end, I really enjoyed my classes. So my rating is very instructor-dependent.
If you do go here for English courses, I highly recommend asking for Raza for theory and Charmaine for in-car sessions. Other instructors I’ve had were impatient or outright ill-mannered.
Admin is pretty easy- you can book your in-car sessions through the online portal, call or email. I had easy success through all methods of communication.

I started off liking this school and enjoying this course, however the lack of communication recently has been ridiculous.
I have been trying since the beginning of August to get an in car lesson, it's been almost 3 months. I've emailed and called several times yet no-one calls me back, or they email weeks/months later but not to confirm anything.
We weren't even told lessons had resumed during COVID, I just happened to go on the website one day.
The theory lessons are fine and seem easier to get scheduled, but I'm close to leaving if I don't get a practical lesson soon.
Would avoid for now until they get their admin issues sorted.

I had a bad experience with a bad driving school, so I wasn't really looking forward to trying again, but I've been going to the CAA school for 6 classes now and honestly, it's great. The teachers I have had have all been excellent and perfectly bilingual and so kind and friendly. They are great at making you feel comfortable and also at making sure you really understand the information.The cars are hybrid and clearly marked as student vehicles and they are all in great shape. The location is excellent for driving classes, you can spend time in chill residential streets and easily work up to St Catherines, even the Decarie and the 20. They even have a driving simulator which you can basically use as much as you want if you are registered there for more free practice.I feel way more at ease driving than I ever have before, but I'll update you after I take the rest. Wish me luck on my pending adulthood! (I'm going to take like a thousand more classes though, so don't hold your breath.)

The instructors lack patience and professionalism. I’ve gotten screamed at for normal mistakes beginners make. Their short temper and childish attitude makes it really hard for the students to thrive and actually learn how to drive. I don’t recommend this school, bad service, horrible instructors and it’s overall just a miserable experience for everyone.

I do not recommend this driving school. The on-road lessons were ineffective and unprofessional. Although I paid for one-hour sessions, they often ended after only 45 minutes. Instructors were distracted and did not provide proper guidance. Because of the poor training, I had to take additional courses at another driving school in order to successfully obtain my license (Tecnic, much more serious). My experience here was really mixed at the beginning, but then I realized that some instructors are better than others and in the end, I really enjoyed my classes. So my rating is very instructor-dependent.

I started off liking this school and enjoying this course, however the lack of communication recently has been ridiculous.
I have been trying since the beginning of August to get an in car lesson, it's been almost 3 months. I've emailed and called several times yet no-one calls me back, or they email weeks/months later but not to confirm anything.

The teachers I have had have all been excellent and perfectly bilingual and so kind and friendly. They are great at making you feel comfortable and also at making sure you really understand the information.The cars are hybrid and clearly marked as student vehicles and they are all in great shape. The location is excellent for driving classes, you can spend time in chill residential streets and easily work up to St Catherines, even the Decarie and the 20.
