I'm posting on behalf of my in-laws (Marie Joneja and Navin Joneja) who have approximately 35 years of experience driving on the LHS, and need practice in Canada.
Given the swapped placement of the windshield wipers Vs the indicator light compared to India, they turned on the wipers by mistake and were scolded by the instructor René. They apologised, saying that they were used to it that way on Indian cars. In response, he snapped at them rudely and said "Don't tell me that! That's not true...I've driven in England."
He also insisted on calling my mother-in-law by the wrong first name. I notice other reviews that call attention to the racial bias and bigotry and it deeply concerns me.
Do better.

The theory classes are incredibly unhelpful. Instructors cover very limited sections of the road manual and prefer to engage students by getting them to "describe their dream cars" for half of the lesson. When asked to explain answers to specific theory questions, participants are told "it's on the user to understand the road rules" rather than the instructor imparting knowledge. This is not a constructive learning environment.
There are no reminders for upcoming lessons and they make it difficult to access zoom links. Instead, they wait for you to miss one and then demand you pay for the full 22 lessons in order to reschedule one class. Despite having learning disability accommodations, there was no attempt from the staff to understand individual situations. This company is clearly more interested in earning money than teaching people to use the road safely. Avoid.

I had Chabane as an instructor and he was extremely attentive and understanding. He was able to help me overcome some of my fears about driving and thanks to him I now have my license!

René is one of the best teachers that i had to deal in my life if you listen to this man and follow his instructions and use his " Tecnic " :D you will surely be a successful driver and nail your SAAQ...

Service relativement mauvais. J'ai appelé le lundi pour réserver une place pour un cour débutant la semaine suivante, je donne mes infos et on me dit de passer au courant de la semaine pour règler les frais et la paperasse. Donc je me présente le jeudi avec 5 min de retard, trop tard la caisse est fermer, ça c'est de ma faute et j'en suis conscient.
Je me présente donc le lendemain à 20 min de la fermeture pour la prise 2. Un homme sert quelqu'un au comptoir, donc j'attends, jusqu'à ce qu'un deuxième homme sort d'un bureau, je me lève pour me faire servir, lui explique ma présence, pour me faire dire en ricanant que la caisse est fermé (15 minutes avant la fermeture) que je vais devoir repasser lundi . J'ai dit à l'homme qu'il pouvait annuler ma réservation et je le remercie, à ce moment il a décider qu'il pouvait me servir quand même pour finalement constater que ma réservation n'est pas dans leur dossier.
Ils m'ont fait perdre bien du temps pour rien du tout. Au moins ils n'auront pas eu mon argent

The theory classes are incredibly unhelpful. Instructors cover very limited sections of the road manual and prefer to engage students by getting them to "describe their dream cars" for half of the lesson. When asked to explain answers to specific theory questions, participants are told "it's on the user to understand the road rules" rather than the instructor imparting knowledge.
