I have absolutely the worst experience, don’t subscribe for classes here go anywhere else. Before Covid everything was ok. But for the past year, absolutely horrible. Nobody ever picks up phones, it’s nearly impossible to schedule driving classes. The office hours were reduced to weekend only, and even than phone calls are not picked up, emails not returned. It was the worst customer service ever. I wanted to begin my driving lessons so I went for Transit school because of the good reviews they had but I wasn’t expecting all the problems I got, the receptionists are not even bilingual when I asked for my refund It took 3 weeks because the manager was in vacation and I keeped calling to reminding them. For my first theoretical class ever, I presented myself to take the class, and the receptionist told me that it was canceled without giving me any notice before hand. In addition, when you are taking you theoretical classes, there is extremely loud music coming from the gym next door which makes it really hard to focus and can even give you a headache. I even heard the receptionist say it was a nightmare. Furthermore, I once came to take a practical course and when I arrived there was only 1 car available for 2 students (someone else and me) and they told me to go back home since there was no cars that could take both of us. Those two incident were a waste of my time and they didn't feel very sorry for what was happening. Regarding the teachers, during the theoretical classes they usually don't stay on subject, which personally I like because it makes the class less boring, but if you are searching to become a better driver I wouldn't suggest you going there. One of the practical teachers, is always coughing and he doesn't cover his mouth while doing so, and he even takes mini naps while we are waiting on a red light which is super disturbing and unprofessional.
