If I were able to give 6 stars, I would. The owner Renan is a phenomenal human being, super nice and funny guy. All of the staff is very welcoming and helpful. They’re all well spoken and perfectly bilingual for the most part. (Not that I in particular have any trouble in either language) I touched a motorcycle for the first time a month and a half ago and passed my closed course test at the SAAQ on my first try with 92%. The classes are all very straight forward and the instructors pay attention to every single student to make sure they’re progressing correctly. I had a great experience learning how to ride. All the instructors that I have met were amazing except for Sandra who has a bad habit of being distracting. But jokes aside if you want to learn how to ride this is the place to go, their goal isnt to just make you pass the exam, it is to show you how to ride comfortably and safely on the roads which matters a lot more longterm. Good School, Renan is a funny guy with a somewhat questionable sense of humor but he will get you to pass your SAAQ test and not only pass but excel. He will give you confidence and you will want to ride after this. Some people did review them 1 star but honestly if you do attend all your classes and pay on time, you will not have any problem with them. They are great teachers and skilled instructors. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Dealing with this school was a nightmare from the very first point of contact until the last. In my opinion, the owner has a salesman like charisma, but lacks the ability to be humble. When faced with issues that his school created, the blame was immediately placed on me, the client. For example, I was told the wrong date for my theoretical class, and when calling the owner outside of the locked office, I suddenly was a “liar” and “should not assume things”. Again after booking my closed-circuit classes and told that I had a specific due date to place my payment, I received an email a week before said due date stating that I was bumped to make room for others who placed their payment. When confronting the school on their contractual obligation to have a place open for me since their receptionist and confirmation email did not inform me that it was a “first come first serve basis” I was told “well you should have paid sooner… we assumed you were not going to show up”. Frustrated after taking days off of work to complete this course, I reached out to the owner and was greeted with a rude and aggressive reply stating that I never had a spot secured to begin with and told me to go to another school if I was not happy. After he denied me a refund, I presented my legal options (small claims court) to resolve this matter in which he responded with “you should know bikers aren’t keen on getting threatened”. I was so excited to get my motorcycle license, and since starting this course with this school I have lost all interest in completing it. Sometimes a good deal is too good to be true. Trust me and go to a reputable school. Update since your first response: Wow, another lie. The last I heard from you (after you threatened me), you sent me a letter to cease and desist, asking me to take down my review or you would be taking legal action against me. As I have stated, EVERYTHING is documented on my end. In the meantime, I am still waiting for my $250 refund... Update 2.0 since your second response: Is it just me or when you guys read his reply you hear Trump's voice too? "Folks, Allison is fake news. She is a tremendous liar. Class of '15 I honestly didn't check out any other schools. Got a recommendation from a buddy of mine so I went straight to Moto Pro and boy I wasn't disappointed. Enjoyed each and every lessons (well maybe not the theory cuz I just wanted to ride ride ride!!!!!!! ahem*). I've been recommending Moto Pro ever since to friends (one of them actually starting his first class tonight in Point Claire woohoooo). 3 years later and I'm still msging Renan every now and then with questions about bikes, maintenance, shopping and he always responds, giving me suggestions .etc. Da BESTZ! Be wary of dealing with them. In the beginning everything was okay but after the last payment of money. They will do the impossible in order to make you pay more. I trusted them, but I am very remorseful to deal with theme.   Because I do not agree not to rent their motorcycles and take extra lessons they canceled the date of my exam. I did not agree to cancel the appointment. But because they have my own information they canceled the appointment. Stop lying I attended all the class. because of your poor programming there was a misunderstanding and not only one I was 3 students out of 4 we misunderstood your failed program. Read Less

We were two schools at the same course, Renan took the time at the beginning to explain the course and give us tips. I did loads of research before picking the right motorcycle school to learn with. MTL Moto pro was a little far for me.. however when learning to ride I wanted to learn to ride with today's technology and with today's techniques. Newer bikes are extremely important.. you don't want to learn on a broken down motorcycle from the 80's. I am glad i went with this motorcycle school. I now feel confident when riding. Thanks guys! I like to thank Renan and Mario for helping me obtain my licence truly a great experience! When I was looking for a school I came upon MTl moto pro so I gave it a try! and I'll never regret it ! Renan was super informative and helped me work on lots of maneuvers and didn't let me take no shortcuts and always was their to help teach me the right way to be safe!!! Great school. The whole staff are really friendly, easy to talk to and supportive when you need help. They really want to make sure you have a fun and safe time and love to ride, and they all love riding and are very passionate about it! Very professional and focus on riding safely and securely and being prepared for everything that will come at you. Passed my closed circuit exam yesterday and already have 150km of accompanied riding on my bike. I don't think any of that would be possible without Renan and his excellent team. They made riding informative and fun while making sure you not only have what it takes to pass the SAAQ exam, but also teach you how to ride properly and safely in real world conditions. What I learned in this school far surpasses what many other schools offer and this comes down to Renan having such a strong passing for riding and teaching.
