Stephane , the manager, is good. I never get to meet him but he was good and really helped me. Most of road test instructors are good and want you to pass. My experience with this driving school has been nothing but frustrating. In my opinion, they are completely inflexible, unorganized, and seem more focused on taking money than providing any actual value. They are downright thieves. Scheduling is a nightmare — no availability, constant last-minute changes, and absolutely zero willingness to accommodate students. Every time I tried to fix an issue, I felt like I was being pushed into paying more instead of being helped. The customer service is terrible. They don’t communicate, they don’t take responsibility, and they make you feel like you’re the problem for expecting basic professionalism. J'y suis allé acheter mon 50 $ coupon de louer une voiture pour mon examen de la SAAQ Tout d'abord , il n'y «bureau» est un dépotoir , et leur personnel est très désagréable . Ils ont menti à moi et me dit qu'ils ne pouvaient pas me faire acheter le coupon , mais après avoir insisté à vouloir acheter et que je devais à haute voix , ils ont finalement m'a fait acheter. Le propriétaire de l'école m'a donné la facture du coupon . Je appris plus tard que le propriétaire n'a jamais appelé à la SAAQ de leur dire que je vais louer un véhicule pour mon examen . Le propriétaire était paresseux , et voulait me arnaquer de 50 $ !!!! Il voulait se débarrasser de moi , même si je suis d'être poli et courtois ! -------------------------- AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! They lied to me and told me they couldn't make me buy the coupon, but after I insisted on wanting to buy it and that I was aloud to, they finally made me buy it. The owner of the school gave me the bill of the coupon. I later found out that the owner NEVER called the SAAQ to tell them I'll be renting a vehicle for my exam!!!!!!
