I initially received a call from reception asking me to reschedule my course, but they never sent me a confirmation and I was charged for not attending the course until it was rescheduled on the Tecnic portal. I paid anyway. The second time, I canceled my course 49 hours beforehand for medical reasons (I had just had surgery), and they still want me to pay for it. They also told me I wouldn't be able to have any courses until I paid for the canceled ones. But last week, I received a call from the instructor saying I hadn't shown up for my course. Now they've blamed me again for their latest mistake. They also had the audacity to call me to cancel 24 hours before the lesson, but of course, they refused to pay me the $40.00 cancellation fee for less than 48 hours' notice, as dictated by their policy, which they cited four times, totaling $160 in fees.
Update: Tecnic replied that the administration would do its best to resolve my issue. All they did was call me to ask when I was going to pay the outstanding balances they had imposed on me.
Update 3
The owner called us regarding the comments left on this page, and we partially resolved the issue. She deducted the amount we refused to pay.

The only downside is the opening hours. It's open when the students are in class and closed when they finish. If they have a problem, they can't call themselves because the teachers won't let them lea...
The only downside is the opening hours. It's open when the students are in class and closed when they finish. If they have a problem, they can't call themselves because the teachers won't let them leave class to make calls! It's also closed during lunchtime, so they can't call then either! I would suggest more suitable hours for young people! But the service is very good! Apart from that small detail 😉

j’ai manquer quelques cours en raison de la covid et d’un otite et il m’ont demander de payer des frais car je n’avais pas annulée deux jour à l’avance. Comme si je pouvais le savoir que j’allais tombé malade, sans parler du prix de ceux ci... certain jeune doivent payer leur cours de conduite tout seul et ce n’est pas facile.Mettre des frais parce qu’on est malade et on le sait pas deux jours avant je suis désolé mais c’est juste trop. Je comprends qu’avec votre site il faut prévenir 48h à l’avance.. mais sa aucuns bon sens. Merci!
