I took my driving course four years ago at this driving school and was very satisfied. I always expected the same experience, and from what I'd heard recently, everyone was always kind and respectful. In short, just as it had always been. However, I recently returned with my partner for her driving lesson, and the experience, although very short, was somewhat negative. Let me explain: I went there with my partner because we were in the area. We both went because she has communication difficulties and sometimes struggles to express herself. Furthermore, she's afraid of driving and wanted to be informed about how the training is conducted to alleviate her fears. We were immediately stopped and abruptly told that only one person at a time could enter. I tried to explain the situation, but it was no use. So my partner left, leaving me alone for HER driving lesson because she thought she'd have too much trouble explaining exactly what she needed. So, yeah... Afterwards, I tried to get some information: the price, the start times of lessons, the training program, whether computers were available. I was simply told to leave without any answers and told to look it up online. Anyway, that's what I'm going to do. Thanks for the information anyway, but the way we were treated there... Especially since I was personally happy, but this experience was not pleasant at all for me... I understand that everything is online now, but the way we were spoken to really made us uncomfortable. There are ways to say things, especially since we were understanding and respectful, followed the secretary's instructions on site, and at no point did I use a tone that could have been misinterpreted. I was polite and courteous from start to finish. I left, and honestly, we felt very uncomfortable about what happened... At least, in my memory, the driving instructors and teachers are very friendly. No problems with them! This is obviously my personal opinion; this review may not represent your experience, but it represents mine. I assume it's not always like this. Edit: The owner is concerned about the reviews and wants to improve the situation; this seems to be an isolated incident. I am changing my rating. Thank you for offering help, but we will follow the online procedure for the rest as suggested; it doesn't seem complicated, we simply weren't aware of it. Read Less
