I took my motorcycle lessons at Tecnic in Saint-Hyacinthe and had a great experience. The instructors were attentive, patient, and took the time to explain the exercises thoroughly.
They also had excellent availability, which allowed me to progress quickly in my lessons. My learning went very well, and I felt well-prepared. I passed my closed-course test at the SAAQ on my first try, and everything went very smoothly.
I recommend this school to anyone who wants to get their motorcycle license!

Unfortunately, I had an accident during my three-wheeled scooter practical lesson within the first five seconds. I couldn't continue because they didn't have another three-wheeler to lend me. I have to pay for the lesson again because of a mistake in my practical lesson, which is precisely the point of practicing and correcting errors... if only I had known.

As an English-speaking client, I experienced poor service. They called me for a class, but upon arrival, I was told the teacher only spoke French. To resolve the issue, they canceled my contract. I'm very disappointed with this behavior and request management to take action, as this will negatively impact business with English-speaking clients.

I finished my training 35 years ago, and now it's my son's turn. The school's reputation is well-deserved; it takes longer to get a practical course than a family doctor's appointment! The cars are recent and well-suited for the courses (I had Chevrolet Cavaliers). The woman at reception is amazing!

Il y a 24 ans, j'ai suivi mon cours avec Michel, chez Technic. J'étais vraiment poche, pas concentrée, j'avais des problèmes, je braillais... Mais Michel était patient, drôle et vraiment un très bon instructeur. J'ai suivi mon cours pratique dans la neige, sur le rang du Rapide-Plat, dans les curves. Chaque fois que j'ai des curves, j'ai hâte maintenant! Quand c'est l'hiver, je ne panique pas.
A mon dernier cours, je ne suis pas allée à Montréal: fallait pratiquer les stationnements.
Je suis, ensuite devenue une championne des stationnements parallèles.
Chaque fois que je conduis, même 24 ans plus tard, j'ai toujours la voix de Michel et ses conseils en tête.
Je suis revenue après 20 ans à Saint-Hyacinthe. Je suis heureuse de voir Michel dans vos autos-école encore. 😊
