Last year I went to register there for my daughter and son. I asked if they were providing classes in English . One of the customers service representative was so rude . She looked at her colleague and said “ we shouldn’t accept English clients “. I looked at her with confusion. In my mind I was like I must have heard wrong. Then she approached me , looking directly at my eyes and said “ yes we don’t provide classes in English “. I told her but I took it in English before . She said “ we are in Quebec and it’s French “. I told her that I took the course in Brossard . She said “ you are at saint Jean sur Richelieu “.
I got so mad and of course gave her an attitude especially that the whole thing was in front of my children .

Did my motorcycle training there. Practical course with exam took around 1 month. Training on the closed track is performed with 300cc bikes and on road with 500cc (honda cb500f, rebel) and 650cc (kw vulcan s). All bikes with abs.
We had a training in sun, rain and strong wind what i find a huge advantage as you can be really ready to be on your own after (make sure to have a right gear!).
If you are only english speaking, then St Jean is not an option because theory is only in french. My french is so so but it was pretty much clear for me.
On practical course, all the profs speak english and can translate if you need. So if you are zero french - no go but if you can speak basics, you will be alright.
Now the best part - it was fun, really fun! No humiliation or mocking when you fail (it happens in other schools), profs really happy to help and happy when you succeed.
Personal shout out to amazing team there: Francois, Patrice, Alain and Danny! Gonna visit them with box of donuts on my own bike soon!
Passed my exam in SAAQ for 92%. Read Less

Celui-ci lui a sèchement répondu de se mêler de ses affaires. J'espère que ce n'est pas cet homme qui montre les règles de courtoisies sur la route aux jeunes conducteurs. Read Less
