HORRIBLE experience with an agent today. She didn’t answer my questions, instead she kept repeating the same thing without explaining to me how the system works. I wanted to know why my daughter was being penalized for missing a class when I had an email from them with all the scheduled classes and the dates just didn’t match. She just kept repeating “yeah she missed it” She kept interrupting me ( but said I was interrupting her ) when I was trying to understand what was going on, giving me the same answer “ she missed her class “. Then, she simply HUNG UP ON ME !!!! Yep, I was in the middle of a sentence, trying to make sense of a complicated system that they have and she just HUNG UP ON ME . EXTREMELY RUDE, INAPPROPRIATE, UNPROFESSIONAL. I was in total shock . ZERO customer service . I called back because I wanted to know her name but then another agent answered. This time a very polite guy, named Nathan helped me understand what had happened . Extremely polite, knowledgeable and instead of repeating the same thing or interrupting me he ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS.
If this complaint gets to any supervisor / manager at the Tecnic Saint Jerome I would like to have a follow up . I called today, September 9, 2024 at around 1:00. You must have a schedule there to find out who that very RUDE woman was and please make sure this person learn how to deal with customers . UNBELIEVABLE!!!!

I recently had a frustrating experience with Tecnic when I made an appointment for a class by mistake and was faced with a cancellation fee. What is disappointing about this experience is the company's lack of flexibility in understanding an honest mistake on the customer's part. As a customer, I expected a little more understanding and flexibility from them in this situation. I do not recommend this company because I had an unpleasant experience, especially considering that I have to pay $66.

C’est une très bonne place pour faire c’est cours de conduite, mais faites attention avec qui vous faites vos cours pratique. Je vous conseille de prendre Ahmed comme professeur, il explique bien, do...
C’est une très bonne place pour faire c’est cours de conduite, mais faites attention avec qui vous faites vos cours pratique. Je vous conseille de prendre Ahmed comme professeur, il explique bien, donne des bons trucs et est plaisant à parler avec. Et éviter Sylvie comme professeur, car elle est stressante, prend trop de temps pour expliquer et parfois elle va vous demander de faire un détour pour aller faire des commissions.

La Secretaire il me semble que c'est manon son nom une Belle madame mais qui fait preuve de mauvaise foi (très mauvais service a la clientelle) je n'ai pas riposter car je venai de finir 8h de travail...
La Secretaire il me semble que c'est manon son nom une Belle madame mais qui fait preuve de mauvaise foi (très mauvais service a la clientelle) je n'ai pas riposter car je venai de finir 8h de travail tte la nuit javai pas dormi jetai lessivé et il fesait _40° dehor avec le facteur vent jetai a pied sans cellulaire donc jai du retourner chez moi apeller le centre de comunication de Tecknic exposé mon soucis et il mon donné un bon service mon proble etai simple il on regler mon problem rapidement ils l'on appeler pour rectifier son erreur et pour ma par cetai fait exprès de elle sa part jy sui retourner encor a pied dans ce froid avec la fatigue Quand jai signer mon contract elle ma.pratiquent rien expliquer clairement so je sai meme pas exactement en quoi ma formation consite on aurai pu eviter tout sa si cette madame aimait son travail

La secrétaire est pas mal bête pas de bonjour ni merci, c'était un peu compliqué de trouver une date pour une classe et elle a fait comme sil ça serait mon problème... bref mauvaise service

I recently had a frustrating experience with Tecnic when I made an appointment for a class by mistake and was faced with a cancellation fee. C’est une très bonne place pour faire c’est cours de conduite, mais faites attention avec qui vous faites vos cours pratique. Je vous conseille de prendre Ahmed comme professeur, il explique bien, donne des bons trucs et est plaisant à parler avec.
