They charge for a service they can’t provide and charges high service fee when you want to cancel because they can’t offer the service. I did contact them, on their mentioned email already and of course it didn’t change anything.

Terrible service on top of the ridiculous fees I have to pay for a stupid online course that they disconnected me from. I was told I wouldn't have to pay any fees, and now I'm stuck with a €51.74 char...
Terrible service on top of the ridiculous fees I have to pay for a stupid online course that they disconnected me from. I was told I wouldn't have to pay any fees, and now I'm stuck with a €51.74 charge because my Wi-Fi crashed. You won't get anywhere with only one available session per month. I do not recommend them.

I loved my experience at Tecnic. I started my lessons last November, went to the Tecnic office in St-Sauveur, and was immediately able to schedule all my theory classes online. Whenever I had question...
I loved my experience at Tecnic. I started my lessons last November, went to the Tecnic office in St-Sauveur, and was immediately able to schedule all my theory classes online. Whenever I had questions or needed to make changes to my schedule, I called and easily managed to reschedule my theory or practical lessons. I had absolutely no problems with class availability, and I found them very accommodating.
Also, as soon as I had Nathalie Morin as my practical instructor for my fourth lesson, I found her so kind and a great teacher that I decided to schedule all my practical lessons with her to ensure my progress. She is truly an excellent instructor and guided me perfectly so that my practical exam went smoothly and without any problems! And I passed it on my first try. Thank you, Tecnic, for the wonderful experience. I feel confident and equipped to drive well.
