I have to admit, some companies are truly desperate!
I'm talking about the driving school in St. Agathe des Monts; they must be terrified of going hungry.
My daughter missed a practical lesson because she reversed a number (6 for 9), then another one that was well hidden, and she didn't even see the theory lesson (which didn't affect them at all since it was a video conference).
And the woman replied with utter arrogance, "Please look at your contract, gentlemen." My daughter works two days a week to pay for her lessons and personal expenses.
Where's the human touch? Not very strong!
I'm self-employed myself.
There's a line between contract and judgment.
I can understand the practical lesson because an employee came to me, but...
However, the online courses are a different story, where the students are at home. Not good at all! 🤬
Why take money away from young people who are just starting out in life at all costs? Again, I can understand it for practical lessons, but for theoretical lessons, where it's not negligence but confusion between their school/work schedules and their driving lessons...
It's overly optimistic because they're trapped if they want to take their driving lessons.
