A very bad experience with a receptionist. She was arrogant, sighed constantly, and didn't address our requests. I've never been spoken to like that in a business. I simply asked her to email my son confirmation of his appointments, and she refused. Then, she charged me for an appointment that she claimed was poorly rated. The instructors are good, but I don't recommend this driving school because of the poor customer service.

The secretary makes unpleasant comments on the phone and sighs. I think she probably believes she won't be heard, but she's wrong. I hate making negative comments, but between school and working 40 hours a week, I think it's normal to be somewhat late since I can't attend everything. To call me a poor child because of this, knowing nothing about my situation, is degrading.

A huge thank you to the entire driving school team for their professionalism, patience, and the quality of their instruction. The instructors were attentive, kind, and very skilled at teaching, allowing me to progress quickly, even in just a few sessions. A reputable and well-organized school that I recommend without hesitation. You'll be in very good hands!

I do not recommend this driving school. One of the secretaries was very rude and disrespectful to me and my daughter. My daughter missed an appointment, and we tried unsuccessfully to contact them because the secretary wasn't answering. We went there in person, and the secretary contradicted us about two incorrectly given appointment dates and made us feel incompetent. There was a lack of communication because it seems they changed the appointments without notifying us, and my daughter had to pay for the missed lesson.
Secondly, the appointments are ridiculously spaced out! Waiting 1.5 to 1 month between practical lessons is absurd! I'm very disappointed.

Pour y travailler depuis plusieurs années comme moniteur-instructeur je peux vous confirmer que notre taux de réussite à l'examen pratique de la SAAQ est au dessus de la moyenne provinciale et que c'est encore passionnant et agréable pour moi d'enseigner à ces jeunes et moins jeunes les rudiments d'une conduite sécuritaire et responsable.
