I'm an English learner and I asked them if they provide English courses and they said yes, they have an English instructor but only in Tracy so I signed up to them. But after taking the phase 1 and getting my learner's permit, they suddenly don't have a driving instructor in English, only in theory class. I called them and even went in person to ask and talk to the middle aged woman with glasses there and she said they don't have an English driver here in Tracy, Varennes, or contrecœur. They only have one in brossard. That's ridiculous and when we went to cancel my contract with them the woman twisted her words and said she didn't said that. We call and went in person. I may not understand much french cause I'm still learning, but the attitude they have and the audacity to change there story. They have poor customer service and the people working there don't know there job properly. I don't believe they don't communicate with the people at tracy. So I switched to Bouvier! Bouvier offer much better service and there teacher speaks four languages. You guys should stop offering the course in English because apparently you don't know then maybe stop working there as well Read Less

But let's be honest... what a terrible service. After a year of trying to schedule classes, the young man is about to leave for another province for work. And then, because there's a traffic jam at the Sorel ferry, he gets kicked out of the online course because he moved. Seriously! He had to get off the ferry, on foot, to meet his mother who was waiting for him in her car. Really?! Bravo for your understanding. If you can't provide a service, stop taking on clients. You deserve a lawsuit for selling a service you don't provide. We call during business hours and you don't answer. We go there in person and there's no one there. And then you want to charge fees because the course lasts more than a year! Even one star is too much. Read Less
