Lack of availability to schedule my son's driving lessons within a year, and they are shirking responsibility for this oversight. My refund request was submitted over two weeks ago. I spoke with two members of the team who confirmed the request was complete, but in the following days, I received no refund. I contacted customer service, who told me the process had to be restarted because nothing had been done to my son's file. In addition to the wasted time due to their lack of availability, they've lost my refund file, preventing me from continuing my lessons at another driving school because I have to wait for the refund to receive the certificate of completion. In short, I strongly advise you to choose another driving school. This is a waste of time and their customer service is terrible! Read Less
