Dave is the best instructor you could ever hope for. He is patient, puts you at ease and full of great tips that will bring you on leaps and bounds. I passed my test today, first go and I couldn't have done it without Dave. I previously had a different instructor and when I switched over to Dave I could see that there was so much that I wasn't taught before and so many tricks that helped improve me in a very short time. I had a great experience with ACE Driving School and my instructor Rachel from Passage West. I took 12 lessons with her and she really helped me to get my driving licence. Rachel was always punctual and professional. She explained everything clearly, gave me feedback after each lesson, and corrected my mistakes with great patience. My experience with Rachel was great. She was patient in explaining my mistakes and created a friendly atmosphere which helped me feel relaxed during classes. I didn't have any driving experience at all. But she helped me became more comfortable and confident driving in the road. Colm with Ace Driving School is an excellent instructor and I would highly recommend him for anyone either just learning to drive or for those who want to improve their driving skills prior to testing. During the 2 years Colm instructed me I always found him to be extremely patient (definitely needed in my case!!), attentive and honest about my driving skills. Colm at all times believed in me, in my driving and consistently encouraged and supported me throughout. I left it very late to get a few lessons before my test. Had a lesson with Brian, and it was brilliant. I was still nervous the day of the test so got onto him again, he was fully booked but was so good as to move things around with other appointments so he could accommodate me, and he stayed with me right up until my test. I had two super good teachers Liam and Martina. They took me trough all the driving lessons and trainings. I am easily stressed out when important exams come. When you have done your trainings, it's the confidence that will eventually push you through the finishing line, which I did not have for a long time. I started my lessons around 3 months ago with ACE Driving School, cork, when I realised after my first lesson with caoimhghin whyte, that I had picked the right driving school to learn with and the exceptionally professional impressive instructor. It has been an amazing last 5 months with Liam.... Really enjoyed my time. I have been driving for around 8 years in my own country and I thought I knew everything about driving. However I discovered I was not up to the mark. I had a few very bad habbits and liam walsh did a brilliant job to help me finally getting rid of these bad habbits. Five star teacher, really encourages while you drive. My schedule was very tight but liam was able to accomodate me everytime I asked ...to change my scheduled lessons.
