Couldn’t recommend Alan more. I had little to no driving experience and I wanted to learn in an automatic. Alan was so patient and calm while taking me through all the basics and helping me build confidence on the road. I was doing my test in the Dun Laoghaire test centre and we practiced all the usual test routes, which made such a difference with nerves on the day as I knew the area. The pre-test lessons and being able to use his car for the test made it way less stressful as I knew it was test-ready. Absolute gent and an excellent instructor. I had a great experience doing my 12 lessons with Alan. He created a calm learning atmosphere from the start, which was very reassuring for someone who was just starting out learning to drive. He was also good at explaining and simplifying the things I was struggling with and made them easier to understand. Before I came to Alan my driving was all over the place and he helped me to focus on my weaknesses and turn them into strengths in a short period of time.
