My recruiter was sara and she was absolutely amazing, so kind and helpful.she had me working in under a week and any issues I had she got it sorted straight away.when there was no more work in the job I got,she got me another job which was a permanent,2 weeks later as I was on holidays. I'll actually miss talking to her as she became almost like a close friend. Thank you very much Sara

I must say the level of training and patience from the team at ISM in tallaght is outstanding from reception to the trainers. I recently done my reach and counterbalance fork lift training there and I left much more competent than beforehand. Brian and Mark were very welcoming and just made the experience that much better. I'll be definitely be going back to them in 4 years for my renewal. Thanks for the help ISM team. 10 out of 10.

The ISM recruitment agency is definitely recommended if you are looking for a job. Professional and stand behind their people. The payment is always on time and according to the contract, without any problems. For a long time i have been cooperating with a girl from Croatia who works for them, and her name is Tea. She is always professional, honest, reasonable, always tries to help and never forgets if she promised something. He tries to find you a job that suits you. He also stands behind his words. She is always in a good mood and pleasant to talk to. If you are looking for a job through the ISM agency, definitely look for Tea, you won't regret it. 😊

Hi Paula,
I just wanted to write a few words sincerely thanking you and the ISM for continuous work and support over the past 8 / 9 years.
Basically I joined the ISM back in 2015 / 16 as a self-employed HGV driver and have nothing but very positive praise for everyone in the company concerned especially Paula.
(As a self-employed sole trader it can be extremely worrying not knowing where the next pay day is BUT since joining the ISM I have / had plenty of work, prompt weekly payments and total peace of mind. I have absolutely no intention of leaving the ISM.)
Professional, organized, efficient, understanding, hard working, very approachable and quite frankly probably the best agency in Ireland if I'm honest in my opinion.
So a BIG sincere THANK YOU to Paula and her team, extremely grateful and wishing her the very best for the future.
Excellent service, excellent company, excellent agency.
