We are the largest driving school in Naas located on the Newbridge Road. We have been teaching people to drive and preparing them for their test for over 25 years. We supply Cars, Bikes, Rigid Trucks, Artic Trucks and Car and Trailer for lessons and test and are specialists in EDT for car and IBT for motorbikes. I did my Jeep and Trailer lessons with Tony and passed the test on the first go. Tony is a truly excellent instructor and I would highly recommend him to anyone doing trailer lessons. He is patient, knew how to calm my nerves when I was getting stuck learning the reverse and he is just brilliant at his job. Katelyn on reception was great help when booking the test and checking in the day before the test to make sure I knew exactly where to go and what to bring.
The online booking system is brilliant and there was always a slot free to book for a lesson. 10/10 would recommend Naas Driving Academy and Tony as your instructor!

Passed my driving test first time thanks to Tony! I completed all 12 EDT lessons and 3 pre-test lessons with him, and I couldn’t recommend him enough. He’s patient, funny, and really helps build your confidence behind the wheel. Every lesson was relaxed and enjoyable, and his guidance helped me feel fully prepared for my test. All the staff in Naas driving academy were super friendly too!

I highly recommend Naas Driving Academy to anyone looking for skilled and professional instructors. Just a week ago, I passed my driving test on my first attempt, thanks to the incredible support from James, David, and Gwen.
David is the instructor who builds a strong foundation. He’s an excellent professional for both complete beginners and for those who already know how to drive but, like me, were not used to driving on the left side of the road.
James is the instructor who focuses on the details. He is extremely attentive and meticulous, making sure every aspect of your driving is up to standard.
Gwen was responsible for my final preparation during the pre-test. With her friendly approach and teaching style, she helped me feel calm, confident, and fully prepared for the test.
I would like to sincerely thank these three amazing professionals — James, David, and Gwen — whom I highly recommend individually to anyone looking to succeed in their driving journey.

I moved from the US to Dublin and after 1 year, had to take six driving lessons (reduced EDT) and pass a driving exam again. I was quite nervous but the instructors made me feel at ease and confident in my ability to drive on the “wrong” side of the road in the big city. I had several instructors due to holidays and availability. All had their own unique styles and were fantastic. Most of my lessons were completed with David Swords. David was friendly, energetic, patient, and had a great knowledge of the road! Two of my pre-tests were completed with Paddy Power. Paddy was calm, encouraging, able to communicate clearly, and provided great constructive feedback. My last pre-test was completed with Brian Laurie on the day of my exam. Brian and Paddy had similar instructing styles and both help me to feel very relaxed and confident for my exam. Brian waited outside the test center to hear my results once I had finished and we embraced with excitement when I passed. All staff at Naas Driving Academy are so kind, helpful, and create a positive space for developing safe student drivers! Highly recommend them!
