I cannot recommend Ray highly enough as a driving instructor. From the very beginning, he was incredibly supportive, patient, and thorough in his teaching approach. What made my experience unique was that I wasn't just preparing for the Irish driving test, I was also relearning the rules of the road after nearly 15 years of driving in the United States. Adjusting to Irish road rules, road markings, driving habits, and test expectations was a much bigger challenge than I initially anticipated. Ray is a brilliant instructor who is teaching and preparing his students not only for the test itself but for the lifelong driving making sure that you are 100% ready for the test and will be able to pass from your first try. Mastering clutch control from the very beginning providing a solid base for future lessons is a brilliant teaching strategy used by Ray to make sure that you are ready for tight turns and hill starts.
