Jane at AA centre Timaru is the loveliest customer service person I have ever dealt with, she is friendly, knowledgeable and has an amazing smile, love that she puts little smiley faces on your receipts, such a nice experience to deal with someone who is so positive :-)

Well that age thing crept up and before you know it your having to apply for your driving licence.
With all the necessary forms filled in I called in and joined the appropriate line.

With all the necessary forms filled in I called in and joined the appropriate line.
Deb was amazing, very friendly, clear and concise with the process and it made for a very pleasant visit. Staff like these are a rare breed and certainly an asset to the organisation.

The friendly, thorough and professional service by Jane I believe is the best I have ever come across.
She needs a pay rise for the amazing effort and passion she puts into her role and makes you walk...
The friendly, thorough and professional service by Jane I believe is the best I have ever come across.
She needs a pay rise for the amazing effort and passion she puts into her role and makes you walk out feeling happy and 100% satisfied.
Other staff were great at checking while I was in the queue that all my paperwork was filled out at ready.
