It was alright overall. On my first visit, I was assisted by a man who handled my transaction, though he wasn’t very friendly toward me, especially compared to how he interacted with the customer before me. I wish there was a -5 star - we had the worst experience. The guy Nathan behind the counter was incredibly rude he definitely should not be in a customer service roll - not just rude to us but to the elderly man in front of him also. Absolutely disgusting. The stuff here named Natasha is very unfriendly and very offensive. It seems like customers own her something with no reason. I asked her for an complaint way for her supervisor but she says:“ we don’t have that, if you ask other stuff, they will give you the same answer”. Is that how AA do? So disappointed! Read Less
