Overall, I had a very positive experience with this driving school, especially with my instructor- Vicky. They were patient, encouraging, and provided constructive feedback that helped me improve my driving skills with every lesson. I felt supported from the very beginning until the end of my journey. What stood out the most was their willingness to go the extra mile. Even between scheduled lessons, they took the time to teach me practical skills such as parking between cars and confidently handling different types of inclines. Their guidance and dedication played a big role in helping me feel prepared and confident. The only area I believe could be improved is communication. I would recommend informing students at least two lessons in advance if there will be any changes to the car they’ll be using, rather than notifying them on the day of the driving test. Having advance notice would give students enough time to adjust and get confidence with the car. Also inform students in time if there’s any changes of time/ pick ups.
