We paid upfront for a 20 lesson package. Instructor always cancelled or rescheduled and lessons are not as per the 2 hour duration. We were recently informed that the instructor left. They are still owing us 4 lessons, however they have now informed us that only 1 lesson is outstanding. We requested that the car tracking records be pulled out and the times verified. Owner is not willing to do anything. A fraudulent company!!!Almost amounts to a scam!!

Poor communication from the business has wasted both time and money. Knowing I had limited time they should have refused me as a client rather than making empty promises that could not be kept. The business needs to improve communication and keep up-to-date with events at the licensing department and inform clients rather than wasting time and money. The fact that I had to pay for all the lessons up front rather than individually leads me to believe that they purposely mislead me in order to make more money. I have had 3 lessons cancelled on me without any prior notification to the arranged lesson time as well as when the lesson will be made up. When meeting with the owner I was met with blatant lies as well as her avoiding the questions I asked directly. I would not recommend using BMS’s services due to their disregard for ethics and exceptionally bad communication with clients.

Poor communication from the business has wasted both time and money. Knowing I had limited time they should have refused me as a client rather than making empty promises that could not be kept. The business needs to improve communication and keep up-to-date with events at the licensing department and inform clients rather than wasting time and money.
