Was having a great experience at first until my driver randomly cancelled on me and I waited for 40 mins for no reason.

One of the designated teachers was rude and unprofessional. Owed me two lessons of which one I’m still owed til’ this day. Very uncouth over the phone, poor and disgraceful service.

And we ask ourselves why we have such bad drivers. One of your drivers (XXW831 GP) seems to think he is above the law and does not need to obey the rules of the road. Driving in the wrong direction down a single lane coming and single lane going road in Booysens in peak time traffic. He felt that he did not need to wait in line like everybody else. In the end of it all, an accident pursued as the Taxi driver in front of your truck forced a car off the road as there was cars coming in the opposite direction. Your driver is a danger on the roads, and certainly a bad representative for your company.
