My God the worst of the worst ,, they pack you in a car with other learners and you drive with passengers at the back !! Not impressed. Bad customer service. The instructors regularly disappear with the car and you end up waiting hours for him to return while he runs personal errands and there is no waiting area so you sit there in the heat getting burnt by the sun, otherwise he takes you w him and you end up there for 3 hours for no reason. The manager is rude, does not greet or offer the friendliness a manager should, and tells you when you register that their lessons are unlimited. However a few months later, he starts pressuring you to book your drivers test, claiming that he never said they'll wait til you feel ready even though he did. Multiple other learners have complained he has done this to them too. It is a family business so don't bother reporting anyone to anyone; nothing will be done about it. The manager also does not communicate when the car is gone for a test so you can decide whether you have time to wait or not; tests can end up being 4hrs long. There was a time the car was being fixed for 4 days - you have to be the one who calls and checks if it's back. They don't call even though they have your number. Unprofessional. Instructors drink while you're driving. Do not follow covid protocols either. They charge you 3.8k to do your learners and drivers w them. But if you're only doing your drivers, they still charge you 3.8k - why am I paying for a service I never used????? I AM TELLING EVERYONE I KNOW TO FIND ANOTHER DRIVING SCHOOL.
