Stanley is someone who is unable to communicate correctly with students .He is not a man of his word and put students into situations which cost them more than budgeted for. I believe your word is your bond and Stanley is not a man of his word. Avoid a man who is unable to keep his word.Rather your kids stay away from Stanley and his false promises when trying to get their licence
