Stephen is an amazing driving instructor. I needed to get my South African driver's license and learn the K53 driving method after more than 20 years of driving with long-established driving habits. Stephen was always patient, calm, and encouraging, and his practical tips gave me the confidence I needed to pass my test. He's also friendly, funny, and always happy to answer questions, making every lesson enjoyable. Thanks to his excellent teaching, I got my license in a very short time. I highly recommend Stephen to anyone looking for a supportive and knowledgeable instructor!

I had an amazing experience learning to drive with Stephen. From day one, his patience and calming demeanor made me feel at ease behind the wheel. Stephen is not only incredibly knowledgeable, but he also has a talent for explaining things clearly and thoroughly. I was able to receive my license in such a short period of time with his experience and effective teaching methods.

Do not hesitate to go with DMS Driving School. Instructor Stephen Roland is excellent on all counts: calm and clear, reassuring and reliable. He also has a great sense of humour and makes learning fun. My son's neurodivergence makes him anxious with strangers and in novel situations, but Stephen was so patient and so brilliant at building his confidence, he passed his test first time, despite pouring rain! Highly recommended.

Stephen is a dedicated, fully trained and passionate driving instructor. His training not only assists you in passing your drivers test, but also helps you to become a safe and responsible road users.
Stephen also serves on the board of the very active NPO, Drive More Safely. This is just another reason Stephen is such a passionate instructor. He is patient, well informed and a very pleasant person.

Stephen is an amazing driving instructor. I needed to get my South African driver's license and learn the K53 driving method after more than 20 years of driving with long-established driving habits. Stephen was always patient, calm, and encouraging, and his practical tips gave me the confidence I needed to pass my test. He also has a great sense of humour and makes learning fun.
