received some of the worst customer service today by your receptionist. If you can harass a customer how are you able even to teach someone. One of the worst people i have ever seen. I came from Retreat and it was my first time to come to your office. I saw the door wide open and there was a lady and another man inside. I knocked and the guy inside said yes then i had to go in. Once i was inside the guy just rattled "who told you to come inside" at first thought he was joking untill i just said fine let me go outside because they had to grill me with the lady, that's when they begin to ask me how can we help you. (code 14) 8 years ago I practised with them. On the day of the test, they had the wrong location and could not supply me with a truck. Gave them another chance today. After I had another 3 lessons. Arrived on the day of my test and was told that my truck was broken (does not want to start) and they supplied another one. Practised with it for an hour, during the session, the instructor answered a call on load speaker, and the student said he did not pass. 5 min later he informed me, the original truck has been fixed. Choose the original truck I was more used to, failed within 1 minute, as the clutches were not equally sensitive. Also called me the day before my test to inform me, I need to pay 'today'. When I informed them I already did, the receipt was requested. Terrible admin, dishonest, double booking tests, would not recommend. Read Less
