Kate is a driving instructor with many years of experience. Unfortunately this means that she has very little patience or trust in her students and should probably choose a new career. I came to her having already completed many hours of lessons with another instructor before I moved house, feeling pretty competent behind the wheel, only to be told that I had to start from square 1, offering a 'deal' to save money. Sadly this meant I had to stay with her after realising the experience will be nothing but stressful. she always had her feet on he dual controls, creating a feeling of total mistrust. I asked her why she did this and she said she didnt realize she was doing it! this continued even to the day of my test, when she presumably believed i was able to drive on my own. She had grabbed my hand and dug her nails in swerving the car quite dangerously as well when a bus pulled out. my partner nearly refused to let me continue with her when I returned from my lesson crying that my instructor had made me bleed and had nearly crashed the car. I used to love driving. I passed first time despite now being terrified of the road, my minors were mistakes I had never made, I was so terrified, but I didnt have to be, it was because i didnt believe in my ability. I have always been a good driver, but kate made me question myself and lose confidence and it's taken nearly a year since my time with kate to recover from. I'd like to add that I'm being honest because one year later, I'm still angry, and still hear her voice in my head. If you dont want to pay to have your confidence crushed, I wouldn't reccomend this driving instructor, sorry Read Less
