I was someone who was an extremely anxious driver, I had little confidence in my own ability. However, after being taught by Richard, I found that through his method of teaching alongside his knowledge, I had gained a substantial amount of confidence in myself. Although making mistakes (often silly) and overthinking things a lot at the start of my driving journey, Richard would always take the time to explain what I did wrong and why, which was tremendously helpful, with this, it lead me to pass my test first time with only 2 driving faults! Highly recommend Ultimate Driving! My instructor, Richard, was always positive even when I made mistakes and helped me to improve by recording progress after every lesson and giving tips on how to improve. I had access to resources such as videos and diagrams on particular pieces of road and manoeuvres which was very useful when going over what we had covered in lessons. Lots of extra resources were given to me throughout the process including access to online videos which backed up what had been learnt in the lesson. Will was a great instructor and was very adaptive in his feedback if I didn't get something he was explaining to me. Ultimate's learning material is also very good as they have videos online that you can view if you are struggling with anything. Having my mock test with a different instructor, Richard, was also very useful as it was a good way for me to experience what the test was like. Such a great experience learning with Ultimate Driving. Always encouraged when something went well and given clear steps on how to improve so I was fully confident by the time I took my test. Richard was very helpful, giving me routes to practice in my own time to help me pass as soon as possible, and always nice in our lessons :) having a different instructor for the mock prepared me for the real one and Will was also very nice and clear with what I needed to work on.
