My son had a few driving instructors prior to Krystyna but hadn’t been taught the basics. Krystyna took the time to explain everything carefully and my son passed first time! Krystyna is an absolutely fantastic instructor. She helps me a lot on building up my confidence and not feeling worried all the time. She is very patient and encouraging whilst I was learning to improve on my mistakes which made me feel comfortable. She is always on time. When I began driving I was very anxious but with the help, encouragement and understanding from Krystyna I was able to build my confidence and pass first time. Krystyna's approach to teaching is clear and professional, ensuring that not only are you competent to pass your test but also confident in your abilities as a qualified driver. As an instructor she really goes above and beyond for her students, which was demonstrated by having lessons at different times of the day to allow for new scenarios on the roads (eg at night). She also encouraged my mum to sit in on one of my lessons, this introduced rear seat passengers giving me the experience of driving with a fuller car plus helping me to develop my skills for post test driving.
