I can't recommend Thomas enough! After failing my test 17 years ago and putting it off for a long time, I finally went back to lessons. He was professional, kind and understanding of my nerves. His explanations were great and he went above and beyond to explain things in different ways for anything that I was finding trickier. I'm very happy to finally have my licence and still can't quite believe it!

I had a very disappointing experience with Thomas as my driving instructor. From the start, they kept making unnecessary comments about my appearance, like saying I looked tired or asking if I’d had coffee. It made me uncomfortable and was completely unprofessional those kinds of remarks had nothing to do with learning to drive.
On top of that, the instructor often gave off to me in a way that felt more like being scolded than receiving helpful feedback. It wasn’t constructive at all and really knocked my confidence. I understand the need to correct mistakes, but the way he did it just added stress instead of helping me improve.
To make matters worse, the instructor constantly complained about the noise the faulty handbrake in the car was making. Instead of fixing it, they made me adjust to using it in a way that didn’t cause the noise, Thomas put the responsibility on me instead of addressing the issue with their car.
On top of all this, they were consistently late to every lesson, sometimes by quite a bit. It was frustrating having to wait and adjust my plans because of their lack of punctuality.
Overall, the unprofessionalism, faulty equipment, and lack of respect for my time made for a really poor learning experience.

I recently passed my driving test with Thomas. Having previously failed twice with a different instructor in the past, I have almost given up hope of passing my driving test but always wanted to get my license. However, Thomas helped me to regain my confident and to focus in improving my driving skills. I finally passed it with first attempt after learning with Thomas for just over 4 months. It's the best experience that I ever had.

Thomas has been a brilliant instructor. I passed my test with 6 minor faults about an hour before posting this review. Thomas is professional, calm and always arrived on time for lessons, explaining clearly and concisely how to do all different aspects of driving. I honestly cannot recommend him enough!

I've just passed my test first time with Thomas as my instructor and could not recommend him highly enough. As a (slightly!) older pupil I certainly didn't have the confidence of a 17 year old but my worries and nerves were eased with Thomas' very relaxed and friendly approach. He was always punctual for pick ups and was never distracted by mobiles, iPads etc during lessons. Thomas always explained maneuvers etc. clearly and was happy to repeat if necessary - always ensuring progress was made but that I felt happy and comfortable at all times. He is incredibly professional and has the patience of a saint! Thank you again Thomas!

A fantastic driving instructor who was very patient with me throughout the entire process. He is accommodating to all circumstances and focuses solely on your progression; working at your own speed. Thomas helped me gain confidence in my driving and I have since passed my USA (Minnesota state) driving test too! All thanks go to you.

I can't recommend Thomas enough! After failing my test 17 years ago and putting it off for a long time, I finally went back to lessons. He was professional, kind and understanding of my nerves. His explanations were great and he went above and beyond to explain things in different ways for anything that I was finding trickier. I'm very happy to finally have my licence and still can't quite believe it!

I recently passed my driving test with Thomas. Having previously failed twice with a different instructor in the past, I have almost given up hope of passing my driving test but always wanted to get my license. However, Thomas helped me to regain my confident and to focus in improving my driving skills. I finally passed it with first attempt after learning with Thomas for just over 4 months. It's the best experience that I ever had.

Thomas is professional, calm and always arrived on time for lessons, explaining clearly and concisely how to do all different aspects of driving. I honestly cannot recommend him enough!

A fantastic driving instructor who was very patient with me throughout the entire process. He is accommodating to all circumstances and focuses solely on your progression; working at your own speed.
