Unfortunately I had the experience of following Pass With Billy School of Motoring as I travelled to Hartlepool on Sunday Morning 17th December. As there were two people in the car I don’t know if it was the instructor driving or a pupil. However whoever was driving did speed in a 40 mph, drove through a Red Light and could keep in their lane at a Roundabout. Not a very good example to others motorists or pupils. Read Less
