Please do not waste your money with this company. You won't get, what you will pay for. Do not scammed by their money back guarantee as nothing will be back. They won't bother you to become ADI. You won't get help at all, you will totally really on their facebook page, which is slightly helpful but in long run no one will bother again and agin to teach you. Also do consider long wait for the tests booking which is also be paid separately from you own pocket. So my honest advice is to anyone joining them please read this feedback carefully. As I have been struggling with them and lot more people. Stay Away from this company as you can. Best of luck.

I had high hopes with this company. What a disappointment. They just want your money, I expected more encouragement from them, but got nothing. They do not practice what they preach. Don't waste your money with them. I can't even afford to go elsewhere now. Very very disappointed.

Awful, customer service. I signed up for the course but was unaware the course had to completed in a set timescale, which i accept i should of fully read the T's & C's but my initial conversation wit...
Awful, customer service. I signed up for the course but was unaware the course had to completed in a set timescale, which i accept i should of fully read the T's & C's but my initial conversation with them i stated i have a family and work commitments and wanted to go at it in my own time. Not at any stage of these conversations did they say i had to complete within 12 months. When i spoke to them got told my 12 month period had expired and i would have to pay a further £1000 to continue. I replied explaining my disappointment but they didn't reply. In the whole time i was doing the course not once did they contact me. Very poor customer service.

I've used SmartDriving resources for over 10 years now, they've always been ahead of the times and very useful. I would recommend the to anyone thinking of becoming a driving instructor.
