I strongly recommend Mrs. Rassool. She spent many months with me throughout my learning journey. She is very patient, kind, and an excellent instructor. We became like sister and brother during this process.
She also has a great understanding of people’s psychology. There were times when I felt very low, and even moments when I cried, but she always encouraged me not to give up and kept motivating me.
At the beginning, I was also very worried because my English was not very good, but we understood each other very well, which made the learning process much easier.
I would like to say to all students on this journey: please never give up and believe that you will pass.
My daughter is also currently on the way to getting her driving licence, and of course I will trust Mrs. Rassool with her as well.

I had great experience with Ms rassool… She is patient and kind…she understood me very well. I passed my driving exam today at Burton first attempt in 2 months because she made me feel very confident…...
I had great experience with Ms rassool… She is patient and kind…she understood me very well. I passed my driving exam today at Burton first attempt in 2 months because she made me feel very confident…only had 3 minors…thank you Ms rassool highly recomend Apna.

I have had multiple lessons with Ms Rassool in Derby, she is a very caring, patient and positive instructor. She gave clear instructions, analysed details in different situations and gave good advice to prepare for my exam. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a good and responsible driving instructor.

I gave Ms Rasool a 5 star. I passed 2nd attempt with her after having had failed with a previous instructor. She was patient with me as I was very nervous. Her teaching is clear and easy to understand...

Messes up everytime you try to book a lesson, once stopped in the mid of a lesson to check the air in the tyre and to get some fuel wasted 20 minutes for nothing.

Usman is a great instructor, really chilled out. The feedback and review at the end of each lesson was a valuable learning technique. Passed first time, would recommend.

I took four hours of lessons with this school before I decided to go forth and pursue bigger things in life. What prompted this epiphany was thirty minutes of life lessons from my instructor including...
I took four hours of lessons with this school before I decided to go forth and pursue bigger things in life. What prompted this epiphany was thirty minutes of life lessons from my instructor including:
A) "How old are you? (I remark that is a personal question, why do you want to know, 'driving instruction reasons', before relenting.) I am 50 years old, many more than you, and thus know much more about driving and life - you should listen to what I have to say". Charming.
B) "Show me your passion for driving. I don't have to teach you. I have plenty of money - you want to see it - I will show you (sic). I want my students to say - is that how things work on the road? Wow.". And he goes on, "You have to learn how to communicate. Is this how you are at work?" (Full disclosure: I had had a suboptimal day and was probably not well poised to receive his highness's wisdom).
C) Last words when it became clear I was not coming back - "Find a better driving instructor than me and I will give you back 1000£".
Two stars though as the instructor was competent. But life is too short, the market for driving instructors too big, to spend twenty hours in a car with guruji.

I strongly recommend Mrs. Rassool. She spent many months with me throughout my learning journey. She is very patient, kind, and an excellent instructor. We became like sister and brother during this process.
She also has a great understanding of people’s psychology. There were times when I felt very low, and even moments when I cried, but she always encouraged me not to give up and kept motivating me.
