From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, the whole experience was absolutely first class. The service from everyone was incredible and you could tell straight away that you were somewhere very well run, with people who genuinely care about what they do. Will was our guide for the day, and honestly he made the whole experience. He was so welcoming from the off, easy to get on with, knowledgeable, patient and just a pleasure to spend time with. He had a really good way about him and made us both feel completely relaxed straight away. He pitched everything perfectly and made the whole day what it was. I have done a bit of off roading before in older Defenders, so I came in thinking I had a decent idea of what to expect, but I was genuinely shocked by just how capable the new line of Land Rovers are. The experience completely exceeded expectations. It was seriously impressive to see what the vehicles can do, and to understand more about the technology behind them and how it all works in practice. It gave me a whole new appreciation for what my own car is capable of. It was my partner’s first time off roading and she absolutely loved it. That made it even better for me, because it was one of those days where you both come away having thoroughly enjoyed yourselves. The farm is a brilliant setting, the course is really good fun, and there is a great mix of terrain and challenges to keep it interesting the whole way through. One thing I really liked was how the session started. Sitting down at the beginning and having the chance to talk through what we wanted from the day made a big difference. It made the experience feel personal rather than generic, and it meant the whole session felt tailored to us rather than just being a standard route and script. That attention to detail really stood out. All of the staff we dealt with were warm, friendly and a real credit to Land Rover as a brand. Everyone made us feel welcome and the whole day had a really good atmosphere from start to finish. You could not fault any part of it. It was a genuinely brilliant experience and we are very grateful to have had the chance to do it. We left having learnt a lot, had a great time, and feeling excited to start putting some of what we learnt into practice and better understand the capabilities of my own car in the future.
